The eyes should be a little smaller, and the ears and legs should be larger, and the tail is really short in comparison to the body. The nose is too large.
The markings are good, realistic for what you can achieve with a digital art program.
The rest of the body is pretty good though.
The name Paintstar is really unrealistic though for the warriors series. I mean, it's a manmade product and never mentioned in the warrior series, that's really my only problem with the entire character.

Originality – Is the artwork fresh or new in its style, execution or approach? Is it something you haven’t seen before in its particular genre? Does it surprise you? Um...well, it's rare to see a very realistic design in the warrior cats fandom.
Technique – Was the artwork skillfully created? Does the artist exhibit advanced knowledge of the medium and/or bring special focus to the craft of the medium used. It looks like you used photoshop...so, you use it WAYYY better then I can, using PS.
Impact – Does the artwork resonate with you or evoke strong emotions? Does it make you think? Does it blow your mind? Well... someone besides me decided to be BrookClan leader (And can be), which does surprise me...
